The Service includes document analysis, risk assessment, compliance checklists, collaborative negotiation, e-signature integration, and related features.

EqualDocs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The Service is an AI-powered tool designed to assist with legal document workflows. Output generated by the Service should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal counsel. You should consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your situation.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Plans and Pricing

The Service offers a free Starter plan (up to 5 documents), a paid Pro plan, and an Enterprise plan. Each AI analysis, generation, or review counts as one document. Pricing and features are as described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Referral Program

EqualDocs may offer a referral program that rewards users with bonus free documents for successful referrals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Abuse of the referral program, including creation of fraudulent accounts, may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

Your Content. You retain all intellectual property rights in the documents and content you upload, create, or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Platform. The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by EqualDocs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EqualDocs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
